Construction and renovation works in the Faculty of Dental Medicine building

The subject of the public procurement is the performance of construction and renovation works and the reconstruction of part of the Faculty of Dental Medicine building at the Medical University – Varna, located at 84 Tsar Osvoboditel Blvd., Varna. The construction and renovation works cover premises in the basement level -3.30m, ground floor, entrance-exit area of the building, 5th floor, and the roof. The types of construction and renovation works are as follows: Dismantling works – Dismantling of the roof metal structure above the boiler room, including polycarbonate roof panels, metal canopy above the boiler room door, partial dismantling of polycarbonate sheets on the 5th floor, as well as roof panels above the terrace canopy on the 5th floor, dismantling of granite tiles on the entrance-exit staircase – west, partial dismantling of roof waterproofing, sheet metal along the edge and parapet, dismantling of linear drainage in the entrance-exit area, dismantling of a light partition wall in a new lecture hall, dismantling of a kitchen area with isolation of plumbing and sewerage installation on the ground floor. French courtyard – Replacement of the physically and morally obsolete and damaged canopy above the boiler room door, repair and repainting of walls and ceilings in the French courtyard area, repainting of the metal roof above hall 22, replacement of wall lighting fixtures; Roof above the boiler room and above the terrace - 5th floor – Replacement of the damaged metal structure – roof above the boiler room with aluminum joinery, partial replacement of the wall cladding with etalbond on the 5th floor with restoration of waterproofing and thermal insulation, replacement of missing and damaged solid polycarbonate sheets on the terrace canopy on the 5th floor. Emergency exit – west – Laying of new granite tile flooring and facade silicone paint. New lecture hall – ground floor – Complete repainting of the room, with replacement of suspended ceiling, floor covering and lighting, electrical and structural cabling. Linear drainage, roof parapet – Partial replacement of roof bitumen waterproofing and parapet with relocation of the drainage point, replacement of linear drainage in the entrance-exit area with laying of new waterproofing, respectively partial replacement of granite tiles. The total built-up area of the renovated parts is 140 sq. m.
