Original language: bgПредметът на обособената позиция включва следните дейности за съответния обект: - Упражняване на строителен надзор по време на строителството до приемане и въвеждане в експлоатация на строежа в задължителния обхват, регламентиран в ЗУТ и подзаконовите нормативни актове по прилагането му, включително извършване на проверка и контрол на доставените и влагани в строежа строителни продукти, с които се осигурява изпълнението на основните изисквания към строежите в съответствие с изискванията на наредбата по чл. 9, ал. 2, т. 5 от Закона за техническите изисквания към продуктите, както и координация на строителния процес до въвеждането на строежа в експлоатация, включително контрол на количествата, качеството и съответствието на изпълняваните строително-монтажни работи с договора за изпълнение на инженеринга на обекта, както и другите дейности, предмет на договора за инженеринг; - Изпълняване функциите на Координатор по безопасност и здраве съгласно разпоредбите на Наредба № 2 от 2004 г. за минималните изисквания за здравословни и безопасни условия на труд при извършване на строителни и монтажни работи, вкл. изпълнение на всички задължения на Възложителя, предвидени в посочената Наредба; - Изготвяне на Окончателен доклад за строежа, съгласно чл. 168, ал. 6 от ЗУТ и Наредба № 2 от 31 юли 2003 г. за въвеждане в експлоатация на строежите в Република България и минимални гаранционни срокове за изпълнени строителни и монтажни работи, съоръжения и строителни обекти, и актуализиран Технически паспорт за строежа съгласно чл. 176а от ЗУТ и Наредба № 5 от 2006 г. за техническите паспорти на строежите; - Управление на процесите на въвеждане в експлоатация до издаване на Разрешение за ползване; - Носене на отговорност по чл. 168 ал. 7 от ЗУТ до изтичане на гаранционните срокове за съответните видове СМР.
