Доставка на месо и месни произведения от пилешко и пуешко месо за нуждите на социалните услуги на територията на община Свищов за 1 година, с прогнозно количество 10 360 кг. Доставките ще се извършват 2 (два) пъти седмично, в рамките на установеното работно време на съответния обект, след подаване на писмена заявка (по електронна поща) предходната седмица, за необходимите количества продукти от упълномощени лица от посочените институции. При доставките за отделните видове хранителни продукти/стоки трябва да бъдат спазени изискванията към разфасовката им, посочени в настоящата техническа спецификация. Всяка доставка да бъде удостоверена с документ за датата на производство на съответния продукт и срок на годност. За всички хранителни продукти трябва да бъдат спазени изискванията за качество, стандартите на съответните производители и действащите нормативни актове на Република България и регламентите на ЕС, регламентиращи производство, предлагането и транспортирането на хранителни продукти в страната. Посочените в Техническата спецификация количества на месо и месни продукти, се явяват прогнозни (ориентировъчни), а не константни за периода на изпълнение на договора. Възложителят си запазва правото в рамките на изпълнение на договора да увеличава или намалява количествата от съответните хранителни продукти и стоки, както и да не заяви целият асортимент, във връзка с възникналата реална необходимост от потребление на обслужваните обекти.
