Exercise of Construction Supervision and Control during the Execution of Construction and Installation Works for the Object: Repair and Modernization of an Existing Athletics Track

Primary Activity No. 2: Preparing a technical passport in accordance with Article 176a, paragraph 1 of the ZUT.
Primary Activity No. 3: Compiling a final report as specified in Article 168, paragraph 6 of the ZUT.
Primary Activity No. 4: Verifying and controlling construction products supplied and used in the construction, as per Article 166, paragraph 1, point 2 of the ZUT.
Primary Activity No. 5: Acting as a "Safety and Health Coordinator" during the construction execution phase, in compliance with Article 5, paragraph 3 of Ordinance No. 2/2004 and related regulations.
Primary Activity No. 6: Overseeing environmental protection during construction and installation activities, in accordance with the Environmental Protection Act, the Waste Management Act, and their respective ordinances.
Primary Activity No. 7: Assisting the Contracting Authority from the acceptance of the construction via the relevant protocol until its commissioning.
Primary Activity No. 8: Administering the contract within the scope of duties and responsibilities assigned by its clauses.
Primary Activity No. 9: Exercising construction supervision for the rectification of deficiencies and defects during the warranty period of the construction.
