Supply of drinking water, drainage and treatment of wastewater for the needs of sites owned by the Municipality of Krumovgrad

The subject of this public procurement is the supply of drinking water, drainage and treatment of wastewater for sites owned by the Municipality of Krumovgrad, located on the territory of the Municipality of Krumovgrad, according to the list, an annex to the contract, at current unit prices determined by EWRC, with a contract duration of 36 months from the date of its signing. The contracting authority reserves the right, in the course of the procurement, to include additional sites for the provision of water and sewerage services, falling within the designated territory of the operator 'Water and Sewerage' Ltd. Kardzhali, in case of need, in accordance with the 'General conditions for the provision of water and sewerage services to consumers by the water and sewerage operator 'Water and Sewerage' Ltd. Kardzhali, approved by EWRC with decision No. OU-09 of 11.08.2014 - item 21. The specific volume of the public procurement, respectively the specific quantity of drinking water supply, drainage and wastewater treatment, cannot be determined in advance, as it will be conditioned by the actual needs of the sites (actual consumption) within the term of the public procurement contract. The value of the public procurement contract cannot be determined in advance, as it will be conditioned by the actual consumption from the sites of the Municipality of Krumovgrad for the term of the contract and the regulated prices in force during the respective period. The estimated value is indicative and may not be exhausted or may be exceeded due to the impossibility of forecasting the regulated price for the supply of drinking water, drainage and wastewater treatment and the quantity of consumption for a future period.
