„Доставка и монтаж на мека мебел за нуждите на Агенция „Митници“ е мини процедура след вътрешен конкурентен избор по чл. 82, ал. 4, т. 1 от ЗОП към Рамково споразумение № СПОР-19/25.07.2025 г., при следните условия: 1. Предмет на поръчката: „Доставка и монтаж на мека мебел за нуждите на Агенция „Митници“. 2. Срок на договора: Договорът влиза в сила от момента на неговото сключване до достигане на максималната му стойност, посочена в т. 4 от Покана за участие във вътрешен конкурентен избор с предмет: „Доставка и монтаж на мека мебел за нуждите на Агенция „Митници“, но не по-късно от 25.07.2027 г. (срокът на действие на РС № СПОР-19/25.07.2025 г.) 3. Срок и място на изпълнение: 3.1. Срокът за доставка и монтаж на артикулите ще се определя в конкретните заявки и не може да бъде по-кратък от 45 дни. Изпълнителят има право да достави стоките в по-кратък срок, когато това е възможно. Изпълнителят извършва периодични доставки на артикулите за целия срок на действие на договора, по количества и параметри, съгласно ценовото си предложение и след направена заявка от страна на Възложителя. 3.2.
