During the control activities and monitoring, the team will monitor compliance with the clauses of the concluded contracts with contractors. It will control and monitor the overall technical and financial execution of activities. The physical progress of the execution of a specific activity will be tracked, and if any discrepancies are found between the clauses of the concluded contracts, the actual execution of any of the project activities, delays in the execution schedule, contradictions with the requirements of the Financing Agreement, and any other omissions and discrepancies, the team will propose corrective measures to the Contracting Authority. For the provision of the service, a minimum of three key experts must be provided: Coordinator, Lawyer, and Monitoring and Reporting Expert.
