Reconstruction and rehabilitation of a part of the street network in Elhovo town, Elhovo municipality, namely the streets: "Exarch Yosif" street, "Tundzha" street, "Tsar Osvoboditel" street

The subject of the public procurement is “EXERCISE OF INDEPENDENT CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISION DURING THE EXECUTION OF CONSTRUCTION AND INSTALLATION WORKS FOR THE RECONSTRUCTION AND REHABILITATION OF A PART OF THE STREET NETWORK IN ELHOVO TOWN, ELHOVO MUNICIPALITY, BY SEPARATE LOTS:“ for LOT № 1: RECONSTRUCTION AND REHABILITATION OF A PART OF THE STREET NETWORK IN ELHOVO TOWN, ELHOVO MUNICIPALITY, NAMELY THE STREETS: "EXARCH YOSIF" STREET, "TUNDZHA" STREET, "TSAR OSVOBODITEL" STREET ​​​​​​​Building permit: №36 of 08.07.2025 by the chief architect of Elhovo Municipality, for parts - ROAD, OBD, WATER, GEODESY, PB, PBZ, PUSO, Electrical. ​​​​​​​ ​​​Sub-project: "Tsar Osvoboditel" street from point 326 to point 377 ROAD PART EXISTING SITUATION The section of Tsar Osvoboditel street intended for major repair is 190 m long. The road surface is severely compromised with cracked asphalt concrete pavement. In many places it is eroded and with longitudinal and transverse cracks. Horizontal markings and vertical road signage are missing. DESIGN SOLUTION The purpose of this development is to prepare a working project for rehabilitation and a new road surface in accordance with the design assignment. The street – the subject of design is approximately 190 m long. The width of the roadway is 5.0 m. Sub-project: "Tundzha" street from point 153 to point 252 ROAD PART EXISTING SITUATION The section of Tundzha street intended for major repair is 746 m long. The road surface is severely compromised with cracked asphalt concrete pavement. In many places it is eroded and with longitudinal and transverse cracks. Horizontal markings and vertical road signage are missing. DESIGN SOLUTION The purpose of this development is to prepare a working project for rehabilitation, - The asphalt pavement along the entire length of Tundzha street is 6.0 m wide. Sidewalks made of unipavage are provided on both sides according to the existing situation or according to the regulatory plan. - A parking lot for 38 cars, including 2 disabled parking spaces, is designed at km 0+200. Sub-project: "Exarch Yosif" street from point 280 to point 318 ROAD PART EXISTING SITUATION The section of Exarch Yosif street intended for major repair is 190 m long. The roadway pavement is severely compromised cobblestone pavement. In many places it has subsided. Horizontal markings and vertical road signage are missing. DESIGN SOLUTION The purpose of this development is to prepare a working project for major repair and a new asphalt concrete road surface in accordance with the design assignment. The existing cobblestone pavement is planned to be removed and replaced with new asphalt pavement. The project provides for the construction of a connection to "Aleksandar Stamboliyski" street. For this purpose, a breakthrough is planned and a new intersection is shown, which is consistent with the regulatory plan of Elhovo town. The width of the roadway on Exarch Yosif street is 6.0 m. The section intended for major repair starts from the connection with "Aleksandar Stamboliyski" street and ends at the new asphalt pavement of "Zhe Petkov" street. Sidewalks of variable width are provided according to the existing situation and new visible concrete curbs. ​​​​​​​
