Provision of Investment Design Services and Author's Supervision during Construction of the Object: "Reconstruction of the Internal Water Supply Network in the Village of Dinevo, Haskovo Municipality"

This tender seeks to procure services for the investment design and subsequent author's supervision during the construction of a critical infrastructure project: the reconstruction of the internal water supply network in the village of Dinevo, located within Haskovo Municipality. The scope of work is divided into two main activities. Activity 1 involves the development of a comprehensive investment initiative project for the construction, adhering strictly to the provided technical specifications. This project must encompass the complete reconstruction of the entire internal water supply network within the village. The design should propose a two-stage construction implementation plan, with the designer determining the scope of the network for each stage. Activity 2 entails the provision of author's supervision throughout the construction phase. This supervision will commence after the issuance of the construction permit and will continue from the opening of the construction site until the final acceptance act for the construction is signed. The existing water supply network, over 50 years old and constructed with asbestos-cement pipes (diameters ranging from 60mm to 125mm), is severely degraded, leading to frequent failures and significant water losses. The reconstruction necessitates the complete replacement of these old pipes with polyethylene (PE-HD) pipes. The internal water supply network has an approximate length of 12,425 meters. The project design must include the replacement of existing building water connections up to the property boundary (TSK) and the design of new connections for properties not currently supplied.
