The subject of this procurement includes activities for cleaning and maintenance of green areas, common spaces and tree plantations in the territory of Stolichna Municipality – Lyulin district, namely: Mowing of lawns and collection of mowed grass; Greening - all operations; Raking of lawns; Pruning of shrubs; Cutting undergrowth and dense bushes; Pruning of hedges; Pruning of roses – winter; Pruning of roses - summer; Wintering of roses; Unwintering of roses; Digging around roses in beds; Digging around shrubs; Stacking of fallen trees with removal to a loading area; Pruning and shaping of tree crowns without a cherry picker - all operations; Pruning and shaping of tree crowns with a cherry picker - all operations; Cutting down trees with a diameter up to 20 cm without a cherry picker - all operations; Cutting down trees with a diameter from 21 to 50 cm without a cherry picker - all operations; Cutting down trees with a diameter from 51 to 100 cm without a cherry picker - all operations; Cutting down trees with a diameter over 100 cm without a cherry picker - all operations; Cutting down trees with a diameter from 21 to 50 cm with a cherry picker - all operations; Cutting down trees with a diameter from 51 to 100 cm with a cherry picker - all operations; Cutting down trees with a diameter over 100 cm with a cherry picker - all operations; Uprooting (shredding) of stumps up to 30 cm thick all operations; Uprooting (shredding) of stumps from 31-60 cm thick all operations; Uprooting (shredding) of stumps from 61-100 cm thick all operations; Removal of cut trees, shrubs, branches to a distance of more than 50 m. Shredding of branches with a shredding machine; Mulching - in muddy areas; Collection of leaves; Maintaining cleanliness in frequently visited places; Household waste and packaging from collecting bins; Household waste and packaging from collecting bins and transport to the waste processing facility of Stolichna Municipality – "Sadinata" site – in the land of village Yana, Lyulin district; Production, delivery and installation of park furniture, including replacement of waste bins; Maintenance of park furniture; Sweeping of alleys before and after leaf fall; Sweeping of frequently visited places and other activities related to cleanliness; Loading and hauling with a truck of plant waste, wood waste and logs from cut trees; Loading and hauling of stones, concrete debris and other construction waste to a landfill; Emergency situations on weekends and holidays; Repair of pavement on steps with replacement of broken concrete slabs and replacement with new ones with dismantling, delivery and installation of cement mortar and other activities, according to the list of manipulations attached to this documentation.
