"Delivery of milk and dairy products"

1. The public procurement covers periodic deliveries of milk and dairy products, in accordance with the technical specification and the templates for the technical and price offer for the respective lot – an integral part of the documentation. The execution of all deliveries under the subject of the procurement will be carried out after a prior request from the Director of the kindergarten or a person authorized by him. The conditions under which the subject of the procurement will be realized, as well as the rights and obligations of the contracting authority and the contractor, are in accordance with: the draft contract; the technical specification; the contractor's technical and price offer. The delivery of food products for the needs of the "Zdravets" kindergarten - Plovdiv is for the purpose of: Ensuring quality, healthy and nutritious food for the children attending the kindergarten; Ensuring a proper nutrition regimen for the children, taking into account the requirements of the Health Act and the regulations for its implementation; Improving the quality and conditions under which children's meals are provided; Increasing the speed of delivery when food products are needed. 2. The subject of the public procurement for lot no. 1 also includes deliveries of organic food products from the relevant product group, which must be produced in accordance with the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2018/848 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 30 May 2018 on organic production and labelling of organic products and repealing Council Regulation (EC) No 834/2007 (OJ, L 150 of 14.06.2018) (Regulation (EU) 2018/848) and Ordinance No 5 of 2018 on the application of the rules for organic production, labelling and control and for issuing permits for control activities for compliance with the rules of organic production, as well as for subsequent official supervision of control bodies (SG, issue 75 of 2018). • Organic foods offered in kindergartens must be produced, processed and/or distributed by persons registered in the register under Art. 16a, para. 1, item 1 of the Law on the Application of the Common Organization of Agricultural Markets of the European Union. 3. The public procurement contract for lot no. 1 is valid until 27.02.2029 (twenty-seventh February two thousand twenty-ninth). The public procurement contract for lot no. 1 enters into force on 28.02.2027 (twenty-eighth February two thousand twenty-seventh). The public procurement contract may enter into force before the indicated entry into force date solely upon issuance of an Order to Proceed by the Contracting Authority to the Contractor, which specifies the start date of the execution of the respective public procurement contract. The Order to Proceed is an integral part of the public procurement contract.
