Η εργολαβία έχει σαν αντικείμενο την πλήρη ανακατασκευή του υφιστάμενου κτιριακού συγκροτήματος – πρώην εκθετηρίου γούνας, ώστε το κτίριο να αναβαθμιστεί σε σύγχρονο κτίριο για την εγκατάσταση σ’ αυτό του τμήματος δοκίμων αστυφυλάκων της σχολής αστυφυλάκων. Με βάση αυτή την προοπτική προβλέπεται η πλήρης αφαίρεση και ανακατασκευή όλων των οικοδομικών και ηλεκτρομηχανολογικών στοιχείων του τμήματος του κτιρίου που θα χρησιμοποιηθεί, σύμφωνα με τα σχέδια και τεύχη της προμελέτης, εκτός του φέροντος οργανισμού.
