Предмет на обществената поръчка е избор на изпълнител за изработка, доставка и монтаж (при необходимост) на мебелировка – корпусна мебел за нуждите на Медицински университет „Проф. д-р Параскев Стоянов – Варна“, наричана по-долу „стока/артикул“ и/или „мебелировка“, съгласно Техническа спецификация (Приложение № 1). Поръчката включва периодични доставки на мебелировка след предварителни заявки от Възложителя. Мебелировката, която Възложителят може да заявява се обособява в следните групи: 1. Мебелировка индивидуализирана по вид и размер в Техническата спецификация; 2. Мебелировка изработена по проект с използването само на включени в Техническата спецификация материали; 3. Мебелировка по индивидуален проект (опция). Във всяка заявка Възложителят конкретизира вида мебели, размер, цвят и количество, съобразно функционалността на помещенията и конкретната нужда. Посочените количества в документацията са прогнозни за срока на договора и ще служат при оценяване на офертите. Възложителят си запазва правото да увеличи или намали посочените количества на стоките съобразно нуждите си и финансовата обезпеченост. Поръчката включва прогнозно количество 348 бр. и 100 л.м. от 77 вида индивидуализирана по вид и размери мебелировка в техническата спецификация и 1 004 кв.м., 3 125 л.м., 1 074 бр. и 44 комплекта от 73 вида материали за изработка на мебелировка по проект. Индивидуализираната по вид и размери мебелировка и материалите за изработка на проект са подробно описани в Техническа спецификация (Приложение №1), като при необходимост Възложителят може да поръчва и материали, обков, аксесоари и др. невключени в техническата спецификация във връзка с реализиране на индивидуален проект, при спазване разпоредбите на чл.116, ал.1, т.1 от ЗОП.
