Supply of medium voltage measuring transformers

The subject of this procurement is the supply through purchase of approximately 2970 units of medium voltage measuring transformers, as follows: 30 units of 7.2 kV voltage transformer, for indoor installation, with a transformation ratio of 6000/√3:100/√3:100/√3:100/3 and accuracy class of the secondary windings - 0.2/3P/6P; 420 units of 12 kV voltage transformer, for indoor installation, with a transformation ratio of 10000/√3:100/√3:100/√3:100/3 and accuracy class of the secondary windings - 0.2/3P/6P; and 2520 units of 24 kV voltage transformer, for indoor installation, with a transformation ratio of 20000/√3:100/√3:100/√3:100/3 and accuracy class of the secondary windings - 0.2/3P/6P. The indicated quantities are approximate. Supplies will be made after a supply order is placed by the contracting authority, describing the quantities of different types and delivery locations. The contracting authority has the right, after ordering, to organize and conduct acceptance tests for the specific batch of voltage transformers at the manufacturer's plant, in the presence of three representatives of the contracting authority for a period of 5 days. The delivery period for each individual supply order is up to 120 calendar days, starting from the date of receipt of the specific supply order from the contracting authority until the date of the acceptance-transfer protocol for the delivery made under the specific supply order, signed by representatives of the contracting authority and the contractor, including the conduct of acceptance tests (if they are ordered). The warranty period for the offered goods, subject of the order, is up to 36 - thirty-six months, starting from the date of the respective delivery (date of the acceptance-transfer protocol). The period for replacement/exchange of goods in case of deviations and/or defects is no more than 30 - thirty calendar days, starting from the date of notification by the contracting authority. All warranties for replaced voltage transformers will run from the date of their replacement (date of the acceptance-transfer protocol). The contract is valid for 52 (fifty-two) months from the date of its entry into force. Supply orders under the contract may be issued during the first 48 (forty-eight) months from the date of its entry into force.
