Original language: bgПълно описание на обекта на обществената поръчка: Предмет на настоящата поръчка е изработване на Комплексен проект за инвестиционна инициатива съгласно чл. 150 от ЗУТ, включващ ПУП-ПРЗ и технически проект, както и упражняване на авторски надзор по време на строителството за обект: „Изграждане на три броя нови сгради за възрастни хора с потребност от постоянни медицински грижи“. I. Изработване на комплексен проект за инвестиционна инициатива в следните самостоятелни проектни части: 1. Изменение на неприложен Подробен устройствен план - ПРЗ за общинските УПИ III и УПИ IV в кв. 621 по плана на ЖК „Дружба“ на гр. Сливен, ПИ с идентификатори 67338.559.82 и 67338.559.84 по КК, отредени съответно „за автобаза и КОО“ и „за чисто производство, КОО, обществени мероприятия и гаражи“, с предложение за обединяването им в частта на Плана за регулация с отреждане „за социални дейности“ и съответното изменение на Плана за застрояване, в който със задължителни и ограничителни линии на застрояване да се предвидят три самостоятелни едноетажни сгради от основното застрояване; 2. Технически инвестиционен проект за „Три нови сгради за разкриването на интегрирани здравно-социални услуги с капацитет 45 места, предназначени за възрастни хора с трайни увреждания или в невъзможност за самообслужване“, в зона определена с ОУП на гр. Сливен като „Жк“ зона за комплексно застрояване, при спазване на действащите норми и нормативи. II. Упражняване на авторски надзор по време на строителството.
