Στο πλαίσιο των προτεινόμενων έργων, προβλέπεται να πραγματοποιηθεί αντικατάσταση των επιφανειακών δικτύων άρδευσης, των υδροληψιών, του Η/Μ εξοπλισμού των γεωτρήσεων συμπεριλαμβανομένων των αντλιών, καθώς και αντικατάσταση των οικίσκων για τη στέγαση του νέου εξοπλισμού 73 γεωτρήσεων.Συνολικά προτείνεται η κατασκευή 8.500m περίπου δικτύων ονομαστικής διαμέτρου PE DN140 και 44.000m περίπου δικτύων ονομαστικής διαμέτρου PE DN160. Σε όλες τις γεωτρήσεις θα τοποθετηθούν νέα αντλητικά συγκροτήματα (κινητήρας και αντλία), για την εξασφάλιση του μέγιστού βαθμού απόδοσης. Επίσης σε κάθε γεώτρηση τα τοποθετηθεί ρυθμιστής στροφών για την προστασία του αντλητικού συγκροτήματος. Ο νέος εξοπλισμός αποσκοπεί στην μείωση της κατανάλωσης ηλεκτρικής ενέργειας και κατά συνέπεια την μείωση του ανθρακικού αποτυπώματος. Επιπλέον σε κάθε γεώτρηση θα τοποθετηθεί εξοπλισμός τηλεμετρίας, τηλε-ελέγχου και ηλεκτρονικό σύστημα χρεώσεων των τελικών καταναλωτών ώστε να επιτευχθεί ο πλήρης έλεγχος του αρδευτικού συστήματος του ΤΟΕΒ Σελλάνων. Τέλος σε κτίριο του ΤΟΕΒ Σελλάνων θα τοποθετηθεί κέντρο ελέγχου όπου θα υπάρχει η πλήρης εποπτεία όλου του αρδευτικού δικτύου αλλά και των αντλούμενων ποσοτήτων νερού από τα μέλη του ΤΟΕΒ.
