Периферната техника е в обем както следва: - Цветно мултифункционално устройство - вид 1 – 5 броя; - Цветно мултифункционално устройство - вид 2 – 20 броя; - Цветно мултифункционално устройство - вид 3 – 3 броя; - Монохромно мултифункционално устройство – 30 броя. - В предмета на поръчката се включва и доставка на 996 броя лицензи SafeQ6 License Embedded Print Management Suite, 90 броя лицензи SafeQ6 License noEmbedded Print Management Suite и 2 броя лицензи SafeQ6 License Embedded Enterprise Suite, както и трансформация на 100 броя SafeQ6 License noEmbedded Print Management Suite лицензи в SafeQ6 License Embedded Print Management Suite лицензи с включена софтуерна поддръжка за 24 месеца на всички текущи и трансформирани лицензи. - Доставка на Система за Мониторинг и управление на устройства. Срокът за доставка на мултифункционалните устройства, софтуерни лицензи и Системата за мониторинг и управление на устройствата е до 60 календарни дни, считано от датата на влизане на договора в сила. Срокът инсталиране на устройствата, инсталиране на софтуера, интегриране на лицензи и въвеждане на системата в експлоатация е до 30 календарни дни, считано от датата на изпращане на уведомление от Възложителя. Извършване на 72-часови тестове на внедреното хардуерно-софтуерно решение включващо наличното и доставеното оборудване.
