Αντικείμενο της σύμβασης είναι η παροχή υπηρεσιών εξυπηρέτησης του κοινού της Εθνικής Λυρικής Σκηνής κατά τη διάρκεια της παρουσίασης των καλλιτεχνικών παραγωγών της και των λοιπών εκδηλώσεων και συγκεκριμένα η παροχή των ακόλουθων υπηρεσιών: • Υπηρεσίες ταξιθεσίας των θεατών, επισκεπτών, προσκεκλημένων κ.λπ. κατά την προσέλευση και αποχώρησή τους από τις εγκαταστάσεις της ΕΛΣ • Υπηρεσίες έκδοσης εισιτηρίων /προσκλήσεων του κοινού • Τυχόν άλλες υπηρεσίες απαραίτητες για την ασφαλή και με τάξη κίνηση του κοινού εντός των εγκαταστάσεων κατά τις ημέρες που θα πραγματοποιούνται οι καλλιτεχνικές εκδηλώσεις της Ε.Λ.Σ. Οι παρεχόμενες υπηρεσίες κατατάσσονται στον κωδικό του Κοινού Λεξιλογίου δημοσίων συμβάσεων (CPV) : 92320000-0 «Υπηρεσίες λειτουργίας καλλιτεχνικών εγκαταστάσεων». Η εκτιμώμενη αξία της σύμβασης ανέρχεται στο ποσό των 495.000,00 €, μη συμπεριλαμβανομένου του αναλογούντος ΦΠΑ 24% (118.800,00 €), ήτοι συνολικά στο ποσό των 613.800,00 €. Προβλέπεται επίσης δικαίωμα προαίρεσης μέχρι του ποσού των 300.000,00 €, μη συμπεριλαμβανομένου του αναλογούντος ΦΠΑ 24% (72.000,00 €), ήτοι συνολικά στο ποσό των 372.000,00€ Η διάρκεια της σύμβασης εκκινεί από την υπογραφή της και λήγει με την πάροδο δώδεκα (12) μηνών.
