Original language: bgПредметът на обществената поръчка е избор на Изпълнител, координатор на балансираща група, който ще извърши доставка на нетна активна електрическа енергия на ниско напрежение за обекти на ниско напрежение за нуждите на Община Тервел, обл.Добрич. Прогнозното количество електрическа енергия за срока на действие на договора от 12 (дванадесет) месеца е приблизително 1200 mWh (хиляда и двеста мегаватчаса). Количеството електрическа енергия се определя от Възложителя в зависимост от конкретните потребности и финансова обезпеченост на звената на бюджетна издръжка, които са обекти, за които се доставя електрическата енергия в предмета на поръчката. Посочените количества в документацията са прогнозни за срока на договора (12 –дванадесет месеца) и са определени на база справка за потребена от Възложителя електрическа енергия за предходен спрямо обявяването на настоящата обществена поръчка период от 12 (дванасесет) месеца, като Възложителят не се задължава да ги потреби и не се лимитира с тях. Предметът на поръчката включва и администриране на сумите за нормативно определените такси, мрежови услуги и акциз. Същите ще бъдат заплащани от възложителя на изпълнителя. Във връзка с горното с изпълнителя ще бъде сключен договор за комбинирани услуги по смисъла на чл. 11, т. 10 и при условията на чл. 20 от ПТЕЕ (Правила за търговия с ел. енергия).
