В рамките на динамичната система за покупки (ДСП) ще бъдат възлагани обществени поръчки за доставки на обичайно използвани лекарствени продукти за нуждите на „Комплексен онкологичен център – Пловдив“ ЕООД, в това число лекарствени продукти, включени в Приложение №2 на Позитивния лекарствен списък, както и лекарствени продукти, които не са включени в ПЛС, като с поръчките се цели да се обезпечат работните нужди на медицински звена, обособени и функциониращи в лечебното заведение. Динамичната система за покупки не е разделена на категории – в предмета й са включени лекарствените продукти, чието разпространение и условия за търговия са регламентирани от Закона за лекарствените продукти в хуманната медицина, като за същите ще се прилагат единни критерии за подбор на участниците и еднакви по-съществени условия на доставките.
