Delivery of fish and fish products for the needs of municipal establishments in the territory of the municipality of Stara Zagora and the municipal enterprise "School Catering", Stara Zagora city

This tender concerns the supply of fish and fish products to municipal establishments located within the Stara Zagora Municipality, as well as the municipal enterprise "School Catering" in the city of Stara Zagora. The procured food products must strictly adhere to the requirements set forth in the Bulgarian Food Act, the Veterinary Activity Act, and several specific ordinances. These include Ordinance No. 16 of May 28, 2010, concerning quality requirements and conformity control for fresh fruits and vegetables; Ordinance No. 2 of January 20, 2021, detailing specific safety and quality requirements for food offered in children's facilities, school canteens, and retail outlets within schools and children's facilities, as well as food provided at organized events for children and students; Ordinance No. 6 of August 10, 2011, on healthy nutrition for children aged 3 to 7 years in children's facilities; Ordinance No. 2 of March 7, 2013, on healthy nutrition for children aged 0 to 3 years in children's facilities and children's kitchens; and Ordinance No. N-1 of July 23, 2024, concerning environmental requirements for certain public procurement products, as per Annex No. 1 to Article 4. The fish and fish products supplied must originate from regulated facilities for fish and fish product harvesting and processing, compliant with the requirements of Annex III, Section VIII of Regulation (EC) No. 853/2004. Frozen fish should be thoroughly cleaned of skin, backbone, and internal organs, and supplied either as fillets or cut into portions.
