Настоящата обществена поръчка е „услуга” по смисъла на чл. 3, ал. 1, т. 3 от ЗОП. Предмет на обществена поръчка е сключването на договор за „авиационно застраховане“ за 8 /осем/ въздухоплавателни средства - Хеликоптери А 109S Trekker. Хеликоптерите са собственост на Българската държава, представлявана от Министъра на здравеопазването и се предоставят за временно и безвъзмездно ползване на „България Хели Мед Сървиз“ ЕАД, без екипаж, на сух лизинг, за извършване на услуга от общ икономически интерес – полети за осигуряване на въздушен транспорт с хеликоптери за нуждите на спешната медицинска помощ, организирана от държавата.
