The updated unit prices at which the contractor will carry out the deliveries of food products, subject of the contract, will be formed based on the average wholesale prices excluding VAT for the Yambol region, according to the Report of "System for Agro-Market Information" EOOD (SAPI), presented by the Contractor/Client, adjusted by the respective discount percentage proposed in the Contractor's price offer for the respective product.
