Original language: bgЦелта на настоящата обществена поръчка е да се извършат ремонтни дейности при системата за външно изкуствено осветление в шест населени места на община Шумен. Ремонтните дейности обхващат предшисаните в енергийното обследване мерки за подмяна на осветители, като мерките включват: Дейността предвижда технологично обновление и модернизиране на системa за външно изкуствено улично в населените места на община Шумен - с. Дибич. В Доклада за Обследване за ЕЕ, изготвен за нуждите на проектното предложение, е констатирано не добро състояние на съществуващите осветители и същите се намират в края на техническия и експлоатационен живот. Констатирани са редица проблеми: липсващи разсейватели или повредени такива, безпрепятствено проникване на прахови частици и влага в осветителните тела, ниска използваемост на светлинния поток, което води до светлинно замърсяване, неефективен график за светене, аварии и др. Предвид анализите, заключенията и препоръките в Доклада, настоящата дейност включва изпълнение на две мерки: Демонтаж на съществуващите осветители и доставка и монтаж на нови осветители (ЕСМ 1), При ЕСМ 1 всички осветители, които не са LED на територията на обследваните места ще бъдат подменени с нови. Мярката включва демонтаж на съществуващите осветители, доставка и монтаж на нови осветители, извършване на СМР, пряко свързани с реконструкцията на системата/ите за външно изкуствено осветление. Предвижда се да бъдат извършени дейности по демонтаж, доставка и монтаж на осветители на територията на всички шест населени места в общината, като при разпределението на осветителите по вид и количество ще бъдат спазени препоръките заложени в енергийния одит и всички релевантни записи залегнали в проектното решение спрямо локацията на която ще бъдат поставени.
