Предметът на поръчката включва организиране на обучения и семинари в страната за нуждите на Изпълнителна агенция „Одит на средствата от Европейския съюз”. Прогнозният брой на мероприятията в срока на ДСП е 12 бр. (8 бр. извън гр. София и 4 бр. в гр. София). В рамките на осигурения от Възложителя финансов ресурс съгласно потребностите му, може да бъде проведен и по-голям брой мероприятия. Приблизителният брой лица, които ще вземат участие в едно мероприятие, е 60 участника. Продължителността на всяко едно мероприятие извън гр. София е до 3 дни, а в гр. София до 2 дни. Обществената поръчка се провежда чрез ограничена процедура при прилагане на Динамична система за покупки.
