Предметът на обществената поръчка включва отстраняване на течове във водопроводната мрежа на територията на гр. Русе и Русенска област, обслужвана от „Водоснабдяване и канализация“ ООД – гр. Русе, по безтраншейна (безизкопна) технология, съобразно нуждите на дружеството за срока на действие на договора. Приложената безизкопна технология следва да самооткрива точките вътре в тръбата, в които има теч /загуби на вода от уличния водопровод и сградното водопроводно отклонение/СВО/ до водомера/ и да ги отстранява. Използваният (поправящ) материал следва да действа само в зоните на течове. Задължително е да се третират и течовете в СВО по време на същия цикъл на запечатване (поправка). При третирането на отделните участъци от водопровода, определени с изработения от Изпълнителя проект, се спазва утвърдена технологична последователност. Задължение на Изпълнителя е преди прилагането на технологията за безизкопно отраняване на течове да направи необходимите хидростатични тестове по водопроводни участъци. След представяне на резултатите от хидростатичните тестове от страна на Изпълнителя, Възложителят ще укаже на същия кои участъци от водопроводната мрежа ще подлежат на третиране. Възложителят чрез изпращане на възлагателно писмо до Изпълнителя посочва местонахождението на обекта, указва вида работа, която следва да се извърши, определя крайния срок за изпълнение на възложеното след съгласуване с Изпълнителя. Времетраенето на процедурата по третиране на зона/участък от обекта не трябва да надвишава 8 часа от стартирането на процедурата.
