Production and delivery of promotional materials with logo for the needs of Medical University "Prof. Dr. Paraskev Stoyanov" - Varna

The subject of the public procurement is the selection of a contractor for the production and delivery of promotional materials with a logo (hereinafter referred to as "goods") for the needs of Medical University "Prof. Dr. Paraskev Stoyanov" – Varna, according to the technical specification (Annex No. 1). The order includes periodic deliveries of goods previously ordered and specified by the Contracting Authority by type, technical data, комплектация and quantities, as well as the execution of personalization on promotional materials purchased by the Contracting Authority. Nature and quantity of activities performed: production and delivery of 19,870 promotional materials with a logo, according to the attached technical specification (Annex No. 1). The quantities indicated in the technical specification are indicative, for 12 months, and will be used for evaluating the offers. The type and quantities of goods ordered are determined by the Contracting Authority depending on its specific needs and financial capacity. The Contracting Authority is not bound by the obligation to exhaust the indicated maximum permissible value and volume of the contract, and reserves the right to order more and/or less than the forecast quantities, including ordering products not included in the technical specification, under the conditions described in the Instructions – item 5 Option upon award. The total estimated value of this public procurement for its execution period is EUR 82,100.00 excluding VAT, which includes: 1. Total value for products included in the technical specification - EUR 81,000.00 excluding VAT; 2. Total value for products not included in the technical specification (option) – EUR 1,100.00 excluding VAT. The unit price for the production and delivery of promotional materials with a logo (including personalization price for the respective print run), with a conceptual design prepared by the Contracting Authority, must be final, per unit of measure (piece), not subject to change during the contract execution, and includes all activities and expenses of the Contractor directly or indirectly related to the execution of the subject of the order (for materials, packaging, printing, transport costs to the delivery point, taxes, fees, duties, and other additional costs), representing the full and final unit price excluding VAT for the execution of the order. In cases where the Contracting Authority does not provide a ready conceptual design up to A3 format, its preparation will be charged according to the price excluding VAT indicated in the Contractor's Price Proposal (Model No. 3). The price for preparing the conceptual design is paid once. Upon re-ordering goods for which a conceptual design has been prepared and approved, the Contracting Authority will only pay the production and delivery price. The execution of personalization on promotional materials purchased by the Contracting Authority and on promotional materials not described in the technical specification, as well as personalization for a larger number of colors and print runs beyond the minimum specified in the technical specification, will be charged according to the unit prices indicated in the Contractor's Price Proposal (Model No. 3). Personalization in this public procurement shall mean the visualization of images on goods of various materials, using different types of technologies. Deadlines for order fulfillment: • for the preparation and approval of the personalization design - no longer than 3 working days from the date of order submission by the Contracting Authority; • for the execution of personalization on goods purchased by the Contracting Authority - no longer than 5 working days from the date of their provision by the Contracting Authority; • for the production and delivery of promotional materials with a logo – no longer than 10 working days from the date of approval by the Contracting Authority of the personalization design.
