Insurance of movable and immovable property owned by DP RAO or entrusted to the enterprise for management

The subject of this public procurement includes the insurance of movable and immovable property owned by DP RAO or entrusted to the enterprise for management. The insurance value of the property is determined based on the book values of tangible fixed assets as of 01.06.2026, excluding motor vehicles with state registration numbers insured for "comprehensive" risk, land, forests, and permanent crops. The total book value of the assets is EUR 91,120,811.57. An increase or decrease in assets by up to 20% (twenty percent) of the stated book value during the execution of the order is possible. The property by type is as follows: 1. Buildings; 2. Machinery, equipment, apparatus; 3. Other tangible fixed assets and inventory; 4. Vehicles. The risks to be covered by the insurance are: 1. Fire, including consequences of firefighting; 2. Explosions, implosions; 3. Lightning, flash (including thunderstorms); 4. Collision or falling of a flying object, parts thereof, or its load; 5. Natural disasters, including storm, hail, heavy rain, flood, damage from the weight of accumulated snow or ice, frost, falling trees, branches, and other external objects due to storm or hail, landslides or collapse of earth layers and/or damage from groundwater action; 6. Earthquake; 7. Water damage as a result of bursting water, sewage, and heating pipes; 8. Malicious acts of third parties - arson, explosion, vandalism including burglary, malicious explosion, and malicious arson; 9. Losses or damage to the insured object during transport when changing the address specified in the policy / according to Institute Cargo Clause "A" – 1/1/82; 10. Impact by a vehicle; 11. Emergency events during loading, unloading, and handling of goods; 12. Theft by breaking and entering or robbery, including attempted theft; 13. Necessary expenses incurred by DP RAO to limit damages as a result of an insured event. The insurance must cover all insurance risks at the insurance value for each property - without limits and sub-limits in liability, without deductibles for the Contracting Authority. Reinsurance of the risk is not required.
