Delivery of medical supplies and dressing materials

The subject of this public procurement is "delivery" within the meaning of Art. 3, para. 1, item 2 of the Public Procurement Act. The subject of the award under the restricted procedure is for periodically recurring deliveries of medical supplies and dressing materials for the needs of "Second Specialized Hospital for Obstetrics and Gynecology - Sheynovo" EAD (CONTRACTING AUTHORITY), in accordance with the attached technical specification, in order to select a supplier for the specified medical devices and conclude a supply contract under the terms and procedures of the Public Procurement Act. The scope and main parameters of the public procurement are described in detail in the technical specification for the execution of the public procurement, attached to the participation documentation. The types of medical supplies and dressing materials are described in the Technical Specification, within which they are designated by groups and nomenclatures/items with their own serial number and a detailed description of the required minimum technical/working characteristics, unit of measure, and the corresponding estimated quantity for it in the technical specification. In the technical specification, there are groups, some of which require complexity of offers given the specifics of working in hospital conditions, requiring speed of delivery, method of use and application, conditioned by the connection between the medical devices/supplies in the group, which is achieved through uniformity of products from the respective group, through uniformity in their quality and type, as well as in their method of use and/or compatibility with the indicated equipment and better efficiency in the use of individual components (nomenclatures) of the group is required. The term for execution of the contract is 24 months from the date of conclusion of the contract.
