Описание на предмета на обществената поръчка: Предметът на обществената поръчка включва дейностите: 2.1. ИЗРАБОТВАНЕ НА ИНВЕСТИЦИОНЕН ПРОЕКТ във фаза „Работен проект“ за изграждане на нова офис сграда и прилежащите към нея изложбена и конферентна зали със застроена площ -430 м2 и разгъната застроена площ 1290 м2 в УПИ VII - За административна сграда, кв.244, ПИ 65766.508.1187 на територията на „Дунавски индустриален технологичен парк - Свищов“ в урбанизираната територия на гр. Свищов, общ. Свищов. Сградата ще включва следните помещения: Конферентна зала - 1 етаж - 215 м2 Изложбена зала – 1 етаж – 215 м2 Офис помещения – 2 и 3 етаж – 860 м2 Зони за почивка и социални пространства за служители и посетители 2.2.
