Обект на настоящата обществена поръчка е доставка на стоки по смисъла на чл. 3, ал. 1, т. 2 от Закона за обществените поръчки. Периодичните доставки на медицински консумативи се извършват по предварителни писмени заявки с цел осигуряване на лечебния процес в „Многопрофилна болница за активно лечение - Асеновград” ЕООД. Динамичната система за покупки не е разделена на категории – в предмета й са включени медицински консумативи, чието разпространение и условия за търговия са регламентирани от Закона за медицинските изделия, като за същите ще се прилагат единни критерии за подбор на участниците и еднакви условия на доставките. Медицинските консумативи, предмет на Динамичната система за покупки, са разделени по номенклатурни единици, представени като наименование на изделието и технически характеристики, мярка и приблизително годишно количество в приложената към Документацията Техническа спецификация - Приложение № 1. Посочените в Техническата спецификация количества на медицински консумативи са ориентировъчни и не пораждат задължение за Възложителя да ги закупи в пълен обем. Изпълнението на доставките се определя от потребностите на лечебното заведение на база прием на пациенти и финансова обезпеченост. Посочените в Техническата спецификация видове медицински консумативи, както и прогнозните количества е възможно да бъдат променяни, в зависимост от конкретните нужди на Възложителя, чрез добавянето на нови медицински консумативи, включително и промяна на прогнозните количества, при възлагането на всяка конкретна обществена поръчка, в рамките на създадената Динамичната система за покупки, за срока на действието й. Срокът, за който се създава Динамичната система за покупки е 2 (две) години или 24 (двадесет и четири) месеца. Срокът на договорите, които ще бъдат сключени въз основа на провежданите обществени поръчки в рамките на създадената Динамичната система за покупки е 24 (двадесет и четири) месеца.
