Предвиденото оборудване по обособена позиция №1 следва да бъде съобразено със спецификата на обекта – кухня за обединено хранене на ученици от начален, прогимназиален и гимназиален етап на образование. Необходимото технологично оборудване е отразено по вид (44 вида артикули), място и техническа характеристика в проекта по част Технологична на Инвестиционния проект и спецификацията към него. То е съобразено с дейността и асортиментната програма за приготвянето на здравословната храна за целевата група ма територията на община Троян. Всички артикули следва да са изработени от материали, подходящи за хранителната промишленост и да са удобни за лесно почистване и поддържане на необходимата хигиена. Оборудването следва да бъде ново и неупотребявано и да отговаря като минимум на посочените в Техническата спецификация характеристики. Когато изрично не е споменат диапазон за размерите, допускът за отклонение от посочените размери е +/- 2 %.
