Selection of Operator for Printing Food Vouchers for State Enterprise Radioactive Waste Management (SA "RAO")

This tender concerns the selection of an operator responsible for the comprehensive service of food vouchers for the State Enterprise Radioactive Waste Management (SA "RAO"). The food vouchers must be redeemable at commercial establishments located within the municipalities of Sofia, Elin Pelin, Vratsa, Pleven, Oryahovo, Kozloduy, Vidin, Montana, and Lom. The validity period of the vouchers should be no less than four months from the date of receipt by the Contracting Authority. Bidders are required to submit a declaration listing the commercial establishments in the specified municipalities where the vouchers can be used, including precise details such as the name, type (restaurant, fast-food establishment, or food retail outlet as defined by the Food Act), address, and the Unified Identification Code (EIK) of the merchant operating the establishment. These commercial establishments must meet the definition provided in §.1, item 4 of the Additional Provisions of Ordinance No. 7 of 09.07.2003.

The printing, personalization, packaging, and delivery of the food vouchers will be carried out upon a specific request from the Contracting Authority. The available nominal values for the vouchers are 1.00, 2.00, 3.00, 5.00, 10.00, and 20.00 Bulgarian levs. The estimated monthly requirement is approximately 52,250 vouchers, totaling 627,000 vouchers over a 12-month period. The projected nominal value for the 12-month period is BGN 4,651,200.00, intended for approximately 950 employees.
