Αντικείμενο της σύμβασης είναι οι υπηρεσίες καθαρισμού των κτηριακών εγκαταστάσεων του ΙΤΕ για δύο (2) έτη με δυνατότητα ανανέωσης για δύο (2) επιπλέον έτη (1+1). Οι παρεχόμενες υπηρεσίες κατατάσσονται στους ακόλουθους κωδικούς του Κοινού Λεξιλογίου δημοσίων συμβάσεων (CPV): 90910000-9 Υπηρεσίες καθαρισμού. Η συνολική εκτιμώμενη αξία της σύμβασης για δύο (2) έτη με δυνατότητα ανανέωσης της σύμβασης για δύο (2) επιπλέον έτη (1+1) ανέρχεται στο ποσό των Δύο Εκατομμυρίων Οκτακοσίων Χιλιάδων Ευρώ (2.800.000,00€) μη συμπεριλαμβανομένου του ΦΠΑ (ποσό με ΦΠΑ: 3.472.000,00€) €) η οποία αναλύεται ως εξής: • Η εκτιμώμενη αξία της αρχικής σύμβασης για το χρονικό διάστημα των δυο (2) ετών ανέρχεται στο ποσό των 1.400.000,00€ πλέον ΦΠΑ 24% (ποσό με ΦΠΑ: 1.736.000,00 €, ΦΠΑ 336.000,00 €). • Η συνολική εκτιμώμενη αξία του δικαιώματος προαίρεσης ανέρχεται στο ποσό των 1.400.000,00€ πλέον ΦΠΑ 24% (ποσό με ΦΠΑ: 1.736.000,00 €, ΦΠΑ 336.000,00 €), ήτοι 700.000,00 € πλέον ΦΠΑ (ποσό με ΦΠΑ: 868.000,00 €) κατ’ έτος, για δύο έτη (1+1).
