Доставеното оборудване трябва да е фабрично ново, неупотребявано и произведено в съответствие с европейските норми за безопасност. Доставените към оборудването програмни продукти (пакети) трябва да са лицензирани. Конфигурацията трябва да се достави с всички необходими принадлежности, аксесоари и консумативи и да е напълно готова за работа в пълните ѝ функционалности. Апаратурата трябва да бъде доставена с консумативи и аксесоари, които се изискват като минимум за пускането ѝ в експлоатация и демонстрация на параметрите заложени в техническата спецификация. Предлаганата апаратура трябва да бъде с параметри идентични или по-добри от минималните изисквания на Възложителя, посочени в техническата спецификация. Минималните задължителни технически характеристики и допълнителните (незадължителни) технически характеристики, са подробно описани в техническата спецификация и методиката за определяне на комплексна оценка на офертите, част от документацията на обществената поръчка.
