Αντικείμενο της σύμβασης είναι η ενίσχυση της αποτελεσματικότητας και της διαφάνειας στη λειτουργία των Ανωνύμων Εταιρειών του Δημοσίου,μέσα από ενιαίο, θεσμοθετημένο και λειτουργικά εφαρμόσιμο πλαίσιο στρατηγικού και επιχειρησιακού σχεδιασμού για τις ΑΕ του Δημοσίου.Με κεντρικό άξονα την ανάπτυξη και εφαρμογή ενός σύγχρονου πλαισίου στρατηγικού και επιχειρησιακού σχεδιασμού, το έργο υλοποιεί στην πράξη τις προβλέψεις του άρθρου 18 του Ν. 4972/2022, συμβάλλοντας ουσιαστικά στον ψηφιακό και οργανωτικό μετασχηματισμό των δημόσιων ΑΕ.
