Original language: bgПоръчката включва извършване на периодични доставки срещу заявки на Възложителя или упълномощени от него лица на строителни материали, консумативи и резервни части за строителството за нуждите на Дирекция "Управление на собствеността и социални дейности" към Министерството на вътрешните работи, съгласно техническата спецификация и всички изисквания на Възложителя. Възложителят има право да заявява видове и количества стоки, според нуждите си (по-малко или повече от заявените в Раздел V от Техническата спецификация) в рамките на общата прогнозна стойност и не е длъжен да заявява всички видове и количества стоки, посочени в Раздел V от Техническата спецификация. Възложителят си запазва правото да заявява стоки, според нуждите си, извън включените в Раздел V от Техническата спецификация. Заявката се подава до Изпълнителя, който в срок до 2 (два) работни дни следва да изпрати оферта на посочен имейл адрес на Възложителя. Стоките се поръчват след приемане на офертата от Възложителя. При откриване на процедурата не е осигурено финансиране, поради което в проекта на договор е предвидена клауза за отложено изпълнение. В този случай всяка от страните може да поиска прекратяване на договора без предизвестие след изтичане на тримесечен срок от сключването му, съгласно чл. 114 от ЗОП. Когато след изтичане на 10-месечен срок от сключване на договора не е осигурено финансиране, договорът се счита за прекратен.
