Осигуряване на извънгаранционна поддържка на АИС „Управление на документните потоци“, с цел гарантиране непрекъснат обмен на информация, в режим 24/7 и 365 дни в годината, с партньорски структури на МВР, за 36 (тридесет и шест) месеца, считано от датата на изпращане на уведомително писмо от ВЪЗЛОЖИТЕЛЯ към ИЗПЪЛНИТЕЛЯ, за осигурено финансиране или до отпадане на необходимостта от изпълнение на предмета на договора, което от двете обстоятелства настъпи първо. Изпълнението на предмета на поръчката включва: • Поддръжка, профилактика и ремонт на дефектирали устройства; • Подмяна с нови на ремонтно-непригодните възли и устройства; • Поддръжка и актуализация на системния софтуер; • Поддръжка на приложния софтуер на АИС УДП и автоматизираните процеси за регистрация на електронните съобщения постъпващи по каналите на Европол, Интерпол и бюрото СИРЕНЕ; • Отстраняване на установени недостатъци в приложния софтуер и актуализацията му, когато това се налага поради изменения в нормативната база, регулираща обслужваните от системата дейности. • Оказване на съдействие на Изпълнителите на обществени поръчки за интеграция на АИС УДП с деловодната система на Министерство на вътрешните работи, НШИС-И и други системи в МВР. Хардуер на системата, който е обект на извънгаранционна поддръжка: Сървъри Dell PowerEdge R740 - 2 бр. ;Dell PowerVault ME4012, Regulatory Model E091 - 1бр.; Dell Unity 380 (Unity XT), Regulatory Model OPE25/TAE-DC-1 бр.; UPS Rielo Vision Dual, VSD 3000/2700W-2 бр.; Управляващ комутатор (switch) PowerSwitch N3048ET-ON-2 бр.; Системен и приложен софтуер: - Microsoft Windows Server 2008 R2 Standard 64 bit - Web Logic Server Enterprise Edition - Oracle Enterprise Linux 32 bit - IBM Informix Client SDK 64 bit 3.50 ver - IBM Informix Dynamic server 11.50 64 bit - Web-приложение - АИС „Управление на документопотока“. Съгласно изискванията на чл. 114 от ЗОП, договорът се сключва под условие с клауза за отложено изпълнение. Изпълнението на договора започва след потвърждение от възложителя за осигурено финансиране и представяне от изпълнителя на определената гаранция за изпълнение. При непредставяне на гаранцията за изпълнение в посочения от възложителя срок, без наличието на обективни причини, възложителят прекратява договора. Когато след изтичане на тримесечен срок от сключване на договора не е осигурено финансиране, всяка от страните може да поиска прекратяването му без предизвестие. Когато след изтичане на 10-месечен срок от сключване на договора не е осигурено финансиране, договорът се счита за прекратен.
