“PROVISION OF INSURANCE SERVICES FOR THE PROPERTY AND NON-PROPERTY INTERESTS OF ‘STOLICHEN AVTOTRANSPORT’ EAD“

Provision of insurance services for the property and non-property interests of ‘STOLICHEN AVTOTRANSPORT’ EAD. The scope of the contract includes the following insurances: Mandatory insurances, according to Art. 461 of the Insurance Code (IC) and the Ordinance on Mandatory Insurance of Workers and Employees related to the activity of the CONTRACTOR: Mandatory Civil Liability insurance for motorists according to the Insurance Code, covering buses and vehicles, including trucks and light commercial vehicles, internal transport, and company cars owned by the Contractor; Mandatory Passenger Accident insurance in public transport vehicles, according to Art. 471 of the Insurance Code (IC) - all seats in vehicles owned and operated by the Contractor are insured, with the insurance premium determined as a percentage of the sale of travel documents sold by bus drivers in the vehicles; Mandatory Occupational Accident insurance for service personnel – maintenance workers and bus drivers, as well as all employees covered by the Ordinance on Mandatory Insurance of Workers and Employees for the risk of ‘Occupational Accident’; Mandatory ‘Medical Insurance for Foreigners’, according to the Ordinance on the General Conditions, the minimum sum insured, the minimum insurance premium, and the procedure for concluding mandatory medical insurance for foreigners who reside short-term or long-term in the Republic of Bulgaria or transit through the country, and is concluded for a period of 1 year. Property and related interests: Comprehensive insurance for land vehicles, excluding rail vehicles, covering all risks, excluding theft of buses and vehicles, including trucks and light commercial vehicles, internal transport, and company cars owned and operated by the Contractor at their actual value determined by the insurer, with this value (sum insured) for buses not being less than that determined by the Contractor in the Technical Specification. Buses of brands: * “MAN”, model: “Lion’s City G”; * “YUTONG”, model: “ZK6126HGA/(CNG)” * “Karsan”, model: “Е Jest” * “Higer”, model: “KLQ6832GEV” to be compensated and repaired at an official service center, a trusted service center, or a service center owned by the Contractor, which will be recognized as a Trusted Service Center in connection with the repair of insurance claims. Comprehensive insurance for land vehicles, excluding rail vehicles, covering all risks, including theft of vehicles, including trucks and light commercial vehicles, internal transport, and company cars owned and operated by the Contractor at their actual value determined by the insurer. Accident insurance for seats in vehicles - for the seats of the driver and passengers in company cars, linear control vehicles, and those with special movement regimes. Property insurance for buildings, machinery, equipment, and electronic equipment, owned and operated by the Contractor. All activities, as well as the full description of the requirements for them, are described in detail in the Technical Specification (Annex No. 1) and Annexes 1.1 to 1.7 thereof, an integral part of the public procurement documentation.
