Original language: bgПредмет:„Доставка, след предварителна заявка на хранителни продукти - пакетирани хранителни стоки и тестени изделия, варива и подправки за нуждите на детски градини на територията на Община Перник" Доставката на хранителни продукти се извършва след предварителна заявка в зависимост от потребностите на Възложителя за нуждите на обектите крайни получатели – посочените детски градини, разположени на територията на община Перник. Доставянето на продуктите, предмет на поръчката, се извършва в срок от 24 часа от получаването на заявката на Възложителя или съгласно предварително изготвен график одобрен от Възложителя и Изпълнителя. В случай на възникнала спешна необходимост, обектите-краен получател си запазват правото да изискват осъществяването на експресни доставки в срок от 3 (три) часа. Доставките ще се извършват в рамките на работното време на обектите. Доставяните хранителни продукти трябва да отговарят на изискванията на Закона за храните и всички други санитарни, ветеринарно-санитарни хигиенни и други норми, установени от действащото законодателство в Република Българя. Продуктите да се съпровождат от търговски документ, съдържащ най-малко следната информация: регистрационен номер на предприятието доставчик, получател, място на дестинация (обект на получаване), вид (асортимент), партиден номер (L), количество (брой, килограми, литри), срок на годност и произход /сертификат на доставените стоки. Подробен списък на хранителните продукти, както и условията за извършване на доставките са посочени в техническата спецификация, неразделна част от настоящата документация.
