Delivery of work clothing for the needs of structures within the Center for Social Services of Veliko Tarnovo Municipality.

Given that the supplies under this public procurement fall within the List of Goods and Services under Art. 12, para. 1 of the Public Procurement Act (PPA), the contracting authority is opening the public procurement as a reserved one on the basis of Art. 12 of the PPA for specialized enterprises or cooperatives of disabled persons or for business entities whose main objective is the social and professional integration of disabled persons or disadvantaged persons. The contractor shall carry out the delivery by types, characteristics and prices, respectively, in accordance with the Technical Specification, its technical and price proposal, upon prior request from a representative of the Contracting Authority. The entity awarded the contract will carry out deliveries to individual structures of the contracting authority at its own expense. The delivery period shall commence upon receipt of the request by fax or e-mail, indicated in the contractor's technical proposal, or a mutually signed protocol specifying the specific items, date and time of their request, and the contractor undertakes to strictly adhere to the delivery address, items, quantities and characteristics of the goods and delivery times indicated in the request. When performing the activities, which are the subject of the procurement, the current legislation in the country shall be observed. The full description of the subject of the public procurement, the scope of its activities, the requirements for execution, the types, characteristics and quantities of all items are specified in the public procurement documentation and in the Technical Specification. The indicated quantities are indicative, determined based on the previous period, therefore the contracting authority reserves the right to reduce or not to order a given type of service/item, according to its needs and within the secured funding.
