Предметът на поръчката е предпечат, печат и довършителни дейности. Предпечатът включва обработване на текст, изображения, таблици и подготвянето на печатното издание за многотиражно отпечатване (Изготвяне на шаблон за изданието, форматиране на страници, изливане на текст, вмъкване на таблици, схеми и изображения). Възложителят подава идейния проект с необходимата информация относно текст, изображения, съдържание, формат и др. Изпълнителят в определения срок прави предпечатната подготовка на изданието. Готовите файлове се предоставят на Възложителя в редактируем формат. Печатът и довършителните дейности включват цялостното изработване на печатни издания или само печат на отделни части и/или само довършителни дейности с материали и параметри, подробно описани в Приложение №1.1-Услуги, неразделна част от Техническата спецификация. Прогнозен обем – 43 вида готови печатни издания в тиражи от 1 до 20 000 броя и брой преиздавания от 1 до 20 пъти в зависимост от вида издание и нуждите на Възложителя. Видовете прогнозни готови печатни издания са подробно посочени в Приложение №1 – Техническа спецификация. Количеството (тиражът/обемът) на услугите се определя от Възложителя в зависимост от конкретните потребности.
