Supply of an air-supported dome

The subject of the contract is the «SUPPLY OF AN AIR-SUPPORTED DOME». This concerns the supply and installation of an air-supported dome on a property owned by the Municipality of Fyli, specifically at the City Park of the Ano Liosia Municipal Unit. The space and the sports equipment to be installed will comply with the current requirements of the G.G.A. (General Secretariat for Sports). The study provides for the following: Supply of the dome and construction of the required stadium infrastructure: • Supply, installation, and commissioning of the required equipment and other materials for the construction of an air-supported dome for sports activities, to cover the basketball court, which includes: the dome system consisting of the double membrane and its anchoring system, the heating and ventilation unit, the cooling ventilation system, the emergency ventilation unit, the central revolving entrance door and the two emergency exit doors, lighting system for the sports area, as well as the supply and installation of a smart dome, for monitoring the safe operation of the air-supported dome. • Earthworks for the shaping of the stadium area, which include general excavation and remediation works, and foundation excavations for the construction of the perimeter wall of the dome base. A sand-chip layer of variable thickness will be constructed with appropriate means. • Concrete works: The perimeter anchoring wall of the dome and a concrete slab for the stadium foundation will be constructed on-site, upon which the wooden sports floor will be constructed as described in the study's bill of quantities. It is emphasized that the perimeter anchoring wall of the dome, as well as the stadium foundation slab, will be constructed in accordance with the structural study that the contractor must submit upon signing the contract. • Restoration of the surrounding area at the intervention points. The services provided are classified under the following Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV) codes: 37410000-5 Outdoor sports equipment, 44114100-3 Ready-mixed concrete, 44176000-4 Membranes, 44112200-0 Flooring. The unit prices for each item listed in the indicative budget of the service study were estimated based on market research from the open market and taking into account relevant tenders conducted in previous years. The execution of the above supply will be carried out through a public electronic tender above the thresholds, with the most economically advantageous tender based on price as the award criterion, in accordance with the provisions of Law 4412/2016 as amended and in force, for all items to be supplied. This supply is not divided into lots. Bids must be submitted for all the above items and in accordance with the detailed terms described in service study no. 166/2025. The indicative budget for the above supply amounts to €470,803.20, including VAT (Budget without VAT €379,680.00 + VAT 24% €91,123.20 = €470,803.20). The contract duration is set at twelve (12) months. The contracting authority may, with justification and after the opinion of the relevant tender committee, award the contract for a whole or greater or lesser quantity of goods than that specified in the tables of the service study attached to this notice, and/or for materials not provided for in the service study of this notice, but whose supply is deemed necessary for urgent or unforeseen circumstances, by twenty percent (20%) depending on the needs.
