Предметът на поръчката включва изпълнение на следните основни дейности: Дейност 1 – Изготвяне на инвестиционен проект във фаза „Технически проект“ с обхват и съдържание съгласно Закона за устройство на територията (ЗУТ) и Наредба № 4 от 21 май 2001 год. за обхвата и съдържанието на инвестиционните проекти, както и предвиденото в техническата спецификация. Дейност 2 – Изпълнение на СМР съгласно надлежно съгласувания и одобрен инвестиционен проект. Дейност 3 – Упражняване на авторски надзор по време на строителството. Дейностите предмет на поръчката ще се изпълнят по отношение на обект за изграждане, обновяване и реконструкция на транспортна инфраструктура, вкл. улици, съоръжения и облагородяване по маршрутните линии на обществения транспорт. Изпълнението на обекта е свързано с изграждане, обновяване и реконструкция на транспортна инфраструктура, вкл. улици и съоръжения по маршрутните линии на обществения транспорт, полагане на нови тротоарни настилки, повдигане и рекордиране на шахти в обхвата на ремонтираната настилка, както и нови бетонови бордюри, маркировка, поставяне на пътни знаци, модернизиране на светофарни уредби, ремонт/ изграждане на 46 спирки, изграждане на видеонаблюдение и осветление на спирките и заобикалящите ги територии и изграждане на достъпна архитектурна среда за хора с увреждания.
