Original language: bgВ предмета на настоящата обществена поръчка е включена доставката на строителни материали „Метал и метални изделия” за нуждите на Община Крумовград. Включените в предмета на поръчката продукти, с посочени прогнозни количества, са описани подробно в Техническата спецификация към настоящата документация. В съответствие с чл. 48, ал. 1 от ЗОП необходимите характеристики на предмета на обществената поръчка са подробно индивидуализирани в Техническите спецификации на изискванията на Възложителя („Техническите спецификации“), съдържащи се в настоящата документация за обществена поръчка. Предвид спецификата на настоящата обществена поръчка възложителят залага прогнозни количества на доставяните строителни материали и инвентар, включени в предмета на поръчката. Количествата са посочени в техническата спецификация, неразделна част от документацията за обществената поръчка, като същите са прогнозни и не ангажират възложителя с цялостното им усвояване при сключване на договор. Закупуването на артикулите ще се определя съгласно възникналите нужди на възложителя. Пълната информация относно обхвата, обема и техническите изисквания към изпълнението на обществената поръчка е описана и регламентирана в „Техническата спецификация“, неразделна част от документацията за участие. При възникване на необходимост от заявка на други строителни материали и инвентар, различни от тези, посочени в Техническата спецификация за срока на договора на основание чл. 116, ал. 1, т. 1 от ЗОП същите ще се възложат с допълнителни споразумения, като общата стойност на всички допълнителни споразумения е стойността на опцията, а именно до 10 % от общата стойност на купуваните строителни материали и инвентар.
