Digital Transformation Actions of the Municipality of Keratsini-Drapetsona

The implementation of digital solutions supported by locally generated data aims to provide more efficient, innovative, and high-quality services for residents, visitors, and businesses. Furthermore, the utilization of Internet of Things (IoT) technologies seeks to boost demand for broadband services. In this context, the Municipality plans to implement the "Digital Transformation Actions of the Municipality of Keratsini-Drapetsona" project, which encompasses the following specific actions: 1. Smart pedestrian crossings, accessible for people with disabilities. 2. Interconnection of streetlights to a central management control center. 3. Organization of a Traffic Office and management of the municipal vehicle fleet. 4. Smart City/Municipality Guide, including a registry of local businesses. 5. Cultural and sports events management, including electronic ticketing. 6. Electronic system for managing and organizing local authority administration and operational capacity. 7. Integrated infrastructure for protection against cyberattacks (Network Firewall, Endpoint Security, etc.) and provision of a teleworking system. 8. Creation of high-speed network interconnections between municipal buildings and infrastructure. 9. Smart energy management systems for municipal and school buildings.
