Αντικείμενο της σύμβασης είναι η εκτέλεση εργασιών καθαριότητας και αποκομιδής απορριμμάτων στους χώρους αρμοδιότητας της Ο.Λ.ΠΑ. Α.Ε.. Το ειδικότερο αντικείμενο των ζητουμένων με την παρούσα Σύμβαση Υπηρεσιών είναι η εκτέλεση εργασιών καθαριότητας στους χερσαίους, υπαίθριους και στεγασμένους χώρους αρμοδιότητας του Οργανισμού Λιμένος Πατρών Α.Ε. σε βόρειο και νότιο λιμένα Πατρών και στις αποβάθρες του Ρίου, καθώς και η παραλαβή από τα σημεία συγκέντρωσης των απορριμμάτων και η μεταφορά - απόρριψη τους σε νόμιμα αδειοδοτημένους χώρους. Οι παρεχόμενες υπηρεσίες κατατάσσονται στους ακόλουθους κωδικούς του Κοινού Λεξιλογίου δημοσίων συμβάσεων (CPV: 90911200-8) με τίτλο «Υπηρεσίες Καθαρισμού Κτηρίων» και συμπληρωματικού (CPV: 90910000-9).
