Supply of Ferric Chloride for Wastewater Treatment for the Needs of the WWTP of "ViK-Shumen" OOD, Shumen City

The contract duration for these supplies is set at 12 months. Deliveries must be completed within three working days of receiving a written request from the contractor. The ferric chloride is to be supplied as a solution via the contractor's specialized transport, in quantities specified by each individual request. The Contracting Authority possesses four 25 m³ tanks, two 4.5 m³ tanks, and two 1 m³ tanks, into which the ferric chloride will be transferred by the contractor's specialized transport. The delivered product must have a remaining shelf life of at least 10 months, with no more than 30% of its total shelf life having expired at the time of delivery. The estimated total quantity required over the 12-month period is 410 tons of ferric chloride. The Contracting Authority will request deliveries based on its operational requirements, and the stated quantities are estimates, not a commitment to purchase the full amount.
