Organization and conduct of training in Valencian

The subject of the public procurement for this lot includes the organization and conduct of in-person training in the specific Spanish language – Valencian for 2 (two) employees of DATO, who speak Spanish, with a duration of 160 academic hours, divided into 2 (two) training levels, each of 80 academic hours – 20 hours per week, as well as providing accommodation for the trainees, located no more than 45 minutes by public transport from the training venue. The training starts from a beginner level. The specific activities and requirements for conducting the foreign language training, which is the subject of the public procurement for this lot, are in accordance with the procurement documentation, attached in the "Parameters" section of the main part of the electronic procurement and point 3.1. of the technical specification No. 31-7676/15.06.2026, attached in the "Parameters" section of the lot, and include: 1. Ensuring at least one instructor per training level, possessing the necessary professional competence, according to the requirements of the contracting authority, set out in Section IV. "SELECTION CRITERIA" of the public procurement documentation, attached in the "Parameters" section of the main part of the electronic public procurement. 2. Ensuring the necessary training and examination materials for each participant. The training materials are not subject to return to the contractor after the training is completed. 3. Development of a training program, containing the topics (material studied) covered by the training, duration of all training sessions, distribution by levels, and total execution period (the training program is submitted by the participants as an appendix to their proposal for the execution of the procurement for this lot). 4. The selected contractor for the procurement for this lot shall, within 10 working days after signing the execution contract, prepare and submit to the contracting authority a schedule with the start date for each training level and with specified specific hours and days of the week. 5. Upon completion of the training for each level, the selected contractor for the procurement for this lot shall issue a document for completed training – a certificate/diploma for proficiency in the respective level according to the Common European Framework of Reference. 6. For the training, which is the subject of the public procurement for this lot, the selected contractor shall provide accommodation for the trainees, located no more than 45 minutes by public transport from the training venue. 7. The selected contractor for the procurement for this lot shall prepare and submit to the contracting authority interim reports after the completion of each training level and a final report after the final completion of the training for this lot. The interim and final reports are prepared and submitted in accordance with the requirements of the contracting authority, set out in the technical specification No. 31-7676/15.06.2026, attached in the "Parameters" section of the lot, and the public procurement documentation, attached in the "Parameters" section of the main part of the electronic public procurement. The interim and final reports are subject to approval by the contracting authority.
