Описание на предмета на обществената поръчка: Предметът на обществената поръчка включва дейностите: 2.1.ИЗРАБОТВАНЕ НА ИНВЕСТИЦИОНЕН ПРОЕКТ във фаза „Работен проект“ за изграждане на нови едноетажни сгради за научноизследователска (иновативна) инфраструктура за осъществяване на научноизследователска и развойна дейност със обща застроена площ – 490 м2 и обща разгъната застроена площ 490 м2 в УПИ XI – за научно изследователска дейност, кв.244, ПИ 65766.508.1185 на територията на „Дунавски индустриален технологичен парк - Свищов“ в урбанизираната територия на гр. Свищов, общ. Свищов. Предвиждат се следните едноетажни монолитни сгради и техническа инфраструктура: •Сграда 1 – 50м2 -Администрация, санитарен възел – WC, душ •Сграда 2 – 290 м2 -Работен цех -Помещение за съхранение на инструменти •Сграда 3 – 50 м2 - Лаборатория •Сграда 4 – 50 м2 - Лаборатория •Сграда 5 – 50 м2- Лаборатория •Склад за съхранение на материали, необходими за работата на оборудването •Метален навес •Вътрешна техническа инфраструктура в парцела – Електро, ВиК •Паркоустрояване и благоустрояване- осигуряване на вход и изход от сградите и благоустрояване на терена около сградите. 2.2.УПРАЖНЯВАНЕ НА АВТОРСКИ НАДЗОР по време на изпълнението на строителните и монтажните работи в съответствие с изискванията на чл. 162, ал. 2 и ал. 3 от Закона за устройство на територията. 2.3.ИЗВЪРШВАНЕ НА СТРОИТЕЛНО-МОНТАЖНИТЕ РАБОТИ за изграждане на нови сгради за научноизследователска (иновативна) инфраструктура за осъществяване на научноизследователска и развойна дейност, съгласно съгласуван и одобрен по съответния ред работен инвестиционен проект.
